Jacqueline Fontaine In my opinion is a great agent! Her commitment and persistence made it possible for me to buy my home. She was very professional at all times throughout the entire process. The seller's agent, on the other hand from John J Lease was horrible! There were many times when Ms. Fontaine attempted to contact her while I was in the process of buying but, the agent would not return her calls as if she was stalling on selling the property. This is sad, very sad! Ms. Fontaine received very little cooperation when trying to communicate with different people! In fact, Fontaine even encountered a rough path with my lawyer's office. No Agent should ever experience such resistance...after all, she's only trying to help all party's by selling the home. It's a win, win for everyone! Without Ms. Fontaine, I would not have purchased my home. I feel that she was the only working toward my closing date, every step of the way.
